Wayfinder didn’t begin with a business plan. It began with a realization.
For years, Diana watched capable, hardworking people quietly struggling beneath the surface while continuing to meet every expectation placed on them. She saw it in the people around her. Eventually, she recognized it in herself.
Diana’s career began at Apple, where she was immersed in a culture that took seriously the relationship between people, identity, and work. As her career progressed into organizational and recruitment environments, she saw the other side: chronic pressure, emotional exhaustion, and high performers running on empty.
The turning point came as Diana began to understand the experience from both sides.
Over time, Diana recognized the same pattern in herself: still showing up, still carrying what needed to be carried, but feeling burned out, overwhelmed, and less connected to her own clarity, energy, and direction.
She realized the answer was not to manage the pressure better, but to see the pattern creating it.
That changed how she understood burnout and misalignment. They were not personal failures. They were signals that something deeper needed to be seen differently.
That realization became the foundation of Wayfinder.
Diana holds an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and brings years of experience working inside complex workplace systems.
Wayfinder exists for anyone who has arrived at that same place and is ready to understand what got them there.
